Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at TSiKart.in. We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases, and we are committed to resolving any issues that may arise.

Returns We do not offer returns, except in the case of Damaged or Defective products received. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at support@tsikart.in. We will require photographic evidence of the damage to process a replacement. We will provide a replacement for the damaged product within 7 days.

Refunds We do not offer refunds, except in the case of double payments for the same order. If you have been charged twice for the same order, please contact us at support@tsikart.in, and we will process a refund for the duplicate payment.

Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a double payment, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

a. Gift cards.

b. Downloadable software products.

c. Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.

d. Products that have been opened or unsealed by the customer.

Cancellation Policy If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at support@tsikart.in as soon as possible. We will attempt to cancel the order if it has not already been shipped. If the order has been shipped, you will be responsible for returning the item(s) in accordance with our returns policy.
